They have different playstyle and “win conditions”, Hydra pushes pace and he moves to enable a slaying heavy style where he’s getting in as many engagements as is feasible for him to take. Shottzy exists to waste the enemies’ time and make them worry about him constantly, not really letting them play their own game. His style is finesse heavy and he plays his life more. Whichever one is better kind of depends on the team they’re on and the situation.
