Octavia : Ievan Polka

Since the new skin came out, and It really resembles Hatsune Miku for me, And Hatsune Miku is like the face for Ievan Polka, I decided to recreate it in Warframe for Octavias Mandachord. Feel free to use it, let the polka spread around warframe.
