I too have to do occasional check ins with my fam lol ❤️ Edit: the “cook food” slang reminds me of how we say “makin groceries” in New Orleans (grocery shopping). It’s a simple saying and I’d assume people would just get it, but I guess sometimes they don’t lol.

If you don't mind Octavia my advice would be to get something with more height for your entryway with closed storage to keep your eyes away from the clutter of shoes 👞 👟 👠 🥿. Add a mirror above and use mid height decor maybe one offset taller decor piece. It would help the space look cleaner and open the space up.

Yes I got them both from the same place actually. It’s a vintage store in my area - I honestly can’t tell if it’s real vintage or not but the quality is insane on both so I had to grab them and I constantly visit to see if they have others
