I had a great day on the 7th day of Navratri, where I prepared a healthy rajgira halwa that is rich in protein and fiber. For dinner, I enjoyed a plate of fiber-rich beetroot cutlets with green chutney. Both dishes made my fasting so satisfying that I wanted to share it with you all today.
