I use Soak to hand wash my underwire bras! I was introduced to Soak from my specialty bra attire, then recently heard people using it for quilts which makes sense, because its organic and wont damage your material even if you don't get it fully rinsed out. Lace is my favorite scent.

Nice box! Great value. I love the Rose fabric line -- very pretty. That would make a lovely runner or using yardage a beautiful quilt :)

I wash my quilts with soak so 👍. I have a dark purple needle minder from several years ago. The rubber ( or whatever it is made of on the outside) turned sticky and I really had to scrub it hard to clean. Strange....like an old Barbie with the rubber legs 🦵 lol. Fabrics very pretty. I remember hearing one maker say of the jolly bars...you'll need 2. This seems odd if they are cutting it in 2. This usually means the packaging changes when the price goes up. 😒 Well Becca I look forward to seeing your sew video when it hits 😀

I love the country rose line. Beautiful fabrics. I might have to pop over to fat quarter shop and buy a few fat quarters. I'm taking a break from my sew sampler subscription for a while. As I feel that I was starting to get repeat notions like the needle holder is a lot like that lipstick twist up holder we got a few months ago. Anyway, great unboxing and I'm sure at some point I'll be back on the list for sew sampler.

I've been getting getting FQS sampler for almost 2 years and I think it is the best sampler box because: the overall cost is around $30, the fabrics are first quality designer fabrics, the patterns are user friendly quick to put together and easy to make larger, the notions are intuitive, and many times new on the market for first time and very usable, and patterns are beginner friendly which make them quick to make for advanced quilters. The quilts you can make from the fabrics are always a wonderful gift for any reason! I'd be hard pressed to find a problem with Fat Quarter Shop. Also, there are videos on FQS on instruction to use the patterns and notions!
