22:40 You know that anime Jojo's Bizarre Adventure? Where the character all have powers that do a specific thing and can be crazy OP in very specific situations? Ray's stand is called Dame Da Ne, and it literally just gives him the power of God to rewrite the future, squeaking by just a hair, but a W is a W, and it causes people like Chilled to go insane due to the sheer luck Ray has The tradeoff is Ray will either speak something into existence that is to his detriment, OR it'll cause his embarrassment later (i.e. him turning off his switch by accident)
