The way that you can know it's a Saturday is that it's Hockey Night In Canada which only airs on Saturday Night on CBC, or did at the time at least.

@@theschof96 well actually by this time they did air games on weekdays for special event games like Gretzky's first game in Edmonton as a King or a Sunday afternoon game
