Great looking land what part of the US, how much an acre for agricultural land ,its 20k an acre in ireland for farm land?

Northern VA is the location: prices are outrageous if you’re buying outright. I don’t know exactly on per/acre but probably 40-50K plus easily. Landowner is holding land for personal reasons with conservation and good agriculture being one of several goals.
