I haven’t made it very far in the video yet but wanted to say how fun it is!! I also wanted to say I’ve noticed several knitting podcasters besides you apologizing for talking about things unrelated to knitting and it makes me so sad. It’s your channel! I hope you always feel able to discuss whatever you want. I know I don’t just watch this channel for the knitting, but because I love your personality and mannerisms (like when the yarn fell on you and the sound effects you made when you were describing knitting with the Chiao Goo needles lol) It’s great to get to know you beyond knitting. Keep it up and don’t apologize 😊

Loved this format, what a cosy and inspiring video! As a new subscriber, your monthly plan sounds great. Especially since I am also a knitter, runner and teacher :)

Oh my, you are my hero! I too am a teacher but I do not live at school. I can not imagine being responsible for children from 7 am to 10 pm daily! Nor rooming with males, (guess I am showing my age.:) ) What do married teachers do? If I am being a busy body just tell me to mind my business. I do enjoy your podcast, have a great week, Diane in South Carolina,USA

Ahh thank you so much! Most boarding schools have a variety of different living accommodation options. Some are shared spaces such as my own and others have their own individual houses/appartments.

I enjoyed the extra, non- knitting content you shared. I recommend Let Your Mind Run by Deena Kastor if you haven’t read that yet.

Thanks for the lovely comment! Let you mind run is a classic! I read it once a season when I ran varsity for motivation!
