I try NOT to Astral journey. I am vulnerable to unwanted energies when I astral project. To protect myself I make a free will statement before falling asleep stating that my astral body will stay within my physical body during this sleep cycle. So I do not have contact with or by negative energies while I am vulnerable and asleep.

I picked up some nasty energies from some entity. I read that this often happens and sometimes it is an actual living person that will try to mess with you. I was told clairaudiently that the worst attacks no longer exists now. Thank goodness.
