Is solon still good at U9?

@@LichB41 In my opinion. If you use him as attacker/supporter for fire, spear comp. U9 is fine. But if you use him to boost damage for another team. U10 is must. Since his only job is using Ultimate. One time Ultimate doesn’t worth one slot of character. Except you have free slot in the team.
