Octopus Linguine | Gennaro Contaldo

Hello lovely peoples! Today I am in my house - in my special wood fire kitchen. It's just like cooking when I was a boy. So many memories!
One of those memories was of the beautiful octopus that we caught in the sea and cooked with pasta in a pan on the fire. This is what i'm going to cook for you today.

I LOVE Gennaro and wish he would do a new tv show. He is an incredible cook and such a beautiful, funny character. I loved him and Antonio. One of the best bits of tv travel and cooking ever. I’ll never forget him cooking the Raghu with Antonio and at the end saying: “why am I a cookin a so good!”. Gennaro, you are THE BEST.
