The reason the graphics aren't that great (Texture resolution, lighting quality, polygon counts, etc) is because the quest is running at an incredibly high resolution. It's rendering in 4k, basically. Not only that, it has to run at very high framerates. 72 FPS initially when the Quest 2 came out, but most games target 90 FPS now. This is very demanding, and even full computers have trouble running that kind of graphical workload. So the graphical aspects I mentioned in the first sentence have to be sacrificed to be able to run on what is essentially a very powerful mobile chip.

If you want the quest 2 to last longer, you can always use a portable phone charger and put it in your pocket while you play. If you have two and swap them out, infinite battery life.

Yea I use a portable power bank but I guess it’s not strong enough so it doesn’t charge it while I play. Buying a extension cord.

@@OzziesTechStuff You do have to make sure the power bank and the cable support fast charging or the battery will drain faster than it can charge.
