My guess is that he doesn't. It's a recording by a photographer not related to OF. The actual live-sound on his DSLR-camera is way distorted. He mixed in the original track afterwards to make it sound better. (notice the pre-recorded vocals are in stereo while the "live"-sound isn't). And since he is not related to OF he didn't had his hands on a instrumental take of the track.
