Today is the first time I've heard of Reptipets or Lana, but I truly hope that every person who watches this video supports them in some way. They seem awesome!!

@@YochevedDesigns I am so honored! I have always wanted to make a different in my community, and to show how all animals matter (Big or small). I would love to be able to make a difference just as Steve Irwin and Brian Barczyk have. Our community will always love and appreciate what they did for us!

Hey Dāv! I don't know if you remember me, but I was the kid who had got a breeding pair of those black tree skinks, and started my KZbin channel in your original video! I just want to say thank you for all the support and the skinks are doing fantastic! I might do a care guide video on them because there is no video about them on KZbin, but again, thank you so much!

Dav that melanistic chahoua…. I actually had one as dark as that. A male. In fact he was more or less jet black when fired up which is why I called him “Vader” Unfortunately I had to let him go with the rest of my collection when I took sick so never got a chance to breed him and find out if it was truly melanistic genetics. I got pictures though. And you’ll never believe how much I paid for it. £25! A baby chahoua for £25! Insane price. Great video Dav. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of super cool stuff. You should add an odd ball of the year award to the other awards you give out. And Brad from Honour reptiles was star struck seeing you in real life. On an unrelated subject… did you see the recent thylacine pics on forest galante’s channel? If they are fakes they are absolutely amazing fakes. I think the guy was from up your neck of the woods Dav.

"Not as much exotic vets as we truly need" Truer words were never spoken! I'm a vet tech that loves to work with exotics, and I have watched a strange decline (at least in my area) of veterinarians willing to take on exotic pets. Considering that herps and exotics in general are growing in popularity, it's really distressing.

I love the odd balls. They are my favourite for sure. Thank Dan Mulleary for that. This is the first person I’ve ever heard of successfully breeding sunbeams in captivity. Very cool. There’s just not many people in to keeping them which is a shame. Let’s hope more follow his lead and as more cb animals become available more people start keeping em as they are cool af snakes. Even more iridescent than Boelens although maybe not quite as cool but few snakes are so there’s nothing wrong with that. I would gladly give sunbeam snakes space in my collection. Or would have if I still had my collection which I unfortunately don’t 😢

Is reptipets selling wild caughts?
@lanagardner_Reptipets8 ай бұрын
The ones that are not being captive breed are wild. Our protocol is that if it wild we will keep it for 3-4 months. Only 3 of the species on our table were not captive breed. All the rest were captive breed by us.
