Great questions. Also, was interrogated by why the pitch of his voice changed so much throughout past years (aging) ?

Puberty? That's pretty obvious... either that or he changed vocal technique. I sing 4 octaves myself, I can sing in a low tenor style all the way up to falsetto in about any key.
