i needed this. i can't understand how people can't understand depression and how they dismiss it as if it was a myth. people need to stop ignoring it. when ever i tell my parents i'm feeling a certain way they kinda of laugh it off as if it's a joke and it is just me who is fabricating this idea. they will make a joke out of it and tell me to just stop as if only a problem somebody else can have, mine is different and not depression or something of that kind.
