He practiced for countless hours, and put a lot of time, and effort, into these animations. As you can see by the carXsteamroller animation, it took him hours, for that short animation. So, just take time, with them.

1:11 Of course, by popping off the legs piece you can use that technique to make it look like the minifigure is swimming. Useful for a LEGO swimming animation or something.
