Good to see you on here painting today. 💜 I need you to know a few things. Know matter what happens or who says something don’t ever let anybody take your spirit. You sir are a true artist! 👍🏾👍🏼 I love your work & find it breathtaking, inventive & challenging! You are who finally inspired me to pick up my paints again after 47 year. For years I stopped painting my abuser was an artist. My paints reminded me of him constantly. I stopped all together & thought I’d never paint again. However, the pure beauty of your work, the flow of it, the emotion behind it, these things are what encouraged me to try again. For two years I have watched you & struggled starting again. But, I did once again begin. Now about 2 1/2 years later I now claim myself & consider myself an artist. I have a studio & I work with many different media’s. I never thought I would have the courage again to paint let alone to call myself an Artist. 😊 Thank you for being a part of my joy, & being there to bring my spirt back. Your art woke the living artist in me. Today I wake every day excited to create. I have you to thank for this.(& this is the 1st I’m even sharing all of this w/anyone but my husband. So in this current world be safe, be well & thank you for helping me reawaken the Artist in this now 62 years young spirt if joy! I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. First of all, I have to say you are genious for sure. Second, I follow your art (Fake Art! 🤣👎) from around the begining of COVID Pandemic! So, although I didn't purchase any of them yet, I am a fan of your creatures, for real! The main reason is that you clean most of them in the middle of the process and soon after you shift to the next idea and color them with another theme! 🤣 So, it seems we have a problem about which one is the best ! By the way, after watching all of your clips repeatedly, I have an important question : Callen, why don’t you leave some parts of the background without any black or white color? Why do you always color it in completely? Think about it, my friend, because I believe it can help us to feel further it is created by a human with some defects in, naturally!
