No. We did not have much clover this year. Most of that would be from canola.

@@BucketListBees everyone has different taste. We just add until we get the taste we like. Every brand of cinnamon has its own properties. If you change brands you have to adjust until you get your taste.

If you are going to make flavored honey make sure it has started to cream before adding the flavor. If you add a powder to liquid it will float to the top and not remain throughout the honey. It is also important as soon as the flavor has been added to get into a chiller at 54 degrees to finish the creaming process.
