Hey there John, you should still signup for all of them. You never know what sportsbook might have a good arb, so it's important to have every sportsbook you can. You can then manage your bankroll accordingly. Ideally, you want to have access to as many arb's as you can everyday. It'll give you the opportunity to accelerate the growth of that bankroll.

If they make 1 three pointer, then you will win that bet. Whenever you see a 0.5 in any bet, you are basically just looking for them to get 1. Whether it be a hit, three pointer etc...
