I'm so happy for all 3 Influencers/Content Creators who made this collab with OE. Amanda's palette is probably the one that would potentially best suit my preferences (Green & Purple) with Lauren's being a close second. Right now I am literally swimming in greens, purples & neutrals & don't really need anymore eyeshadow since I'm trying to edit the amount of makeup I have & not add to it. But I really hope this latest collection is successful for everyone involved & sells out 💜💚

Literally same, Amanda's palette would be very wearable for me, but I love the shimmers in Lauren's. Does anyone have a single shadow dupe for "smokey pearl" in Lauren's palette? I really want that shade, but can't justify purchasing a whole palette right now.

Karra Chapman did eye swatches with all the palettes and she didn't like the super glittery shimmer formula. I haven't tried Odens Eye but I have some indie shadows which behave similarly - they NEED setting spray and /or glitter glue to properly apply and adhere to the eye. They're more impactful than smooth shimmers but they're more fussy and have some fallout by the end of the day. Hopefully this helps someone decide if these shadows are for them! Personally I'm on an eyeshadow no buy for 2023, so I'm not picking these up

Can you compare the greens in the Flora palette with the greens in Angelica Nyqvist’s Hela palette? (Since they’re both green heavy, I’m wondering if it’s necessary to have both.)

I don't know if this is helpful, but the Hela pallete greens are very warm toned while the Flora pallete greens are much more neutral/cooler toned so they are definitely different!

The blues are better in the odens eyes than the UD. Also, I don’t have the Venus palettes anymore.. so I am not sure.

I bought the Flora palette too because, green. It'll go lovely with the Hela palette. I'm a sucker for green and purple. Also it's nice to see a cool toned green palette that isn't turquoise. Blue eyeshadow is not for me. Also, this is the only palette with no blue in it. I really wanted the Sea palette but that navy blue gave me the eek, as they historically have just turned to grey on my skin. Like Nikki Raven, I'm a bit green (I'm mouldy raw chicken), and some colours just look weird on me, blue is one of tbem

If it weren't for my horrible experience with the single shadows and how the brand is reacting (or well, not reacting) to it, I would have definitely picked up Amanda's palette, because I used to be such a loyal and super happy customer.. But can't support them anymore..

@@TheresaisDead so many of the shades disappeared on me, creased, became dull... And they smelled like playdough (or how do you write that, English isn't my first language 😅).. I have made 2 IG posts, left several comments and sent 2 emails to customer's service without any reply.. Made a PayPal request finally on Saturday after being almost 2 weeks without any reply to find a solution and withing 24 hours the brand has escalated the request to a claim and added items to the claim that were in the order but that I didn't add in the request because I had no issue with those.. So when there's money involved they became quick to reply.. Now I have to wait until 23rd of February to see what will happen.. It's truly sad because I loved their palettes and the brand, I would have been so happy to have gotten a reply on my email stating "oh shit what happened there, here's how maybe you can fix it".. But this.. Nope.

@@qimzelI agree, I'm starting to question this brand's integrity because I gave an honest review about the Flora palette which didn't live up to its par, but instead of accepting the criticism and posting it, I got the cold shoulder. I still like the brand, but as a consumer it's important to listen to feedback and take this as room for improvement. I'm sorry that you had to go through all those issues. I hope you got your money back.

@@marivaz2829 nope, no money back.. Haven't even gotten a reply to any of the 4 emails that I have sent.. First one was sent on the 31st of January.. I did make a PayPal claim, and then the brand replied within 3 days to PayPal.. I was denied the claim, which I expected, I really wanted just see if they would reply if money was involved.. And yes.. It's absolutely appalling how they are acting since they've gotten bigger.. And I know for sure I'm not the only one being ignored, I've had conversations with several people having the same experience..

It's exactly the palette I expected from Amanda and it's every bit as pretty as I had hoped it would be.

I just have to get this off my chest. I have been watching Lauren Mae's videos for at least a year. Oden's Eye is amazing but they completely missed the mark doing a sea themed pallet with her. Living in Florida doesn't make someone a water baby. Case and point she's very pale so she's obviously not a beach person. Also until this Collab came out I haven't seen her do any colorful eye looks. She literally wears shimmery nudes and gun metal grey. The pallet is a total of 10 pans right? She chose 4 browns cause that's what she actually wears,4 blues because a sea themed pallet has to have blue, then to finish it off she throws in 2 shades she would never wear if it weren't for the Collab ; a very bright yellow and bright pink. Not saying she didn't deserve a Collab but this was definitely not the right fit.

for me this series is boring and flat, all was already done in odenseye. Only the green/neutral palette is a tad interesting. And Odenseye become another "only collabs/only limited editions" brand and it's another hard pass for me. Christmas collection was amazing but stocks were WAY to low, but collabs are getting just boring. I didn't like Angie palette (even if I love her content) and I don't like these 3. Price also is pretty high considering the small pans and weight. I'm happy for the creators, but I will skip all 3 of them and for now brand overall. I will just enjoy my Anette and Tina's palettes :D BTW your video is the first that raised any interest in BattyBean palette in me lol
