the lineup of the team secret is a complete counter to Odette. With grock, kadita, brody and lapu lapu, Odette can be easily outplayed. But i like also how warlock played, always stay in the back and wait patiently and the line up also of the homebois is good that they pick heroes that can give Odette space. Why does a pro tournament always look down on Odette. She is a descent hero with high damage. So don't under-estimate Odette. I think Odette is the highest damage dealer among the mages??? Im not sure😂

You should replace those casters! You have a very good analysis! And you are right. The enemy lineup were all counters. In fact, most heroes now can counter Odette already after those adjustments Moonton made last year to many heroes. Yet, Warlord managed to play Odette well here. Played safe. Oops i think I removed that part where Warlord moved from midlane to botlane. Instead of walking through the river, since he was alone, he passed through their red buff going to bot instead. I should have included that. Also, good positioning and good timing for the ult and yes, the tanky teammates helped her a lot. Watch that part where Odette got a double kill before the game ended. She had the support. Again, it all boils down to the player and not always necesarily about the hero. 😅

@OdetteML I'm flattered ☺️. Most of the casters did not study some of the heroes especially heroes that are not mostly seen in the tournaments. They did not know the capabilities and strategies for using specific heroes. But it is refreshing to see Odette in the tournaments.

14:45 😭 I can relate to it. For me, I realized that Odette is a hidden gem as a mage because of her passive, and some players do not know that like I did before. I wish they would increase the number of passive skills, or when ulting, make at least 3 passive skills already active so that you wouldn't need to throw your first or second skill.

In MPL Malaysia, i think it is her first time. But in MPL Phils, she has been picked 4x already. The last one was last year and they did the Odette-Diggie combo. That was also the reason why the combo became famous in TikTok. 🤩❤️

Odette, Cyclops and Eudora are "close range mages" that can easily be reached and stopped by mostly every hero in Mobile Legends. Their damages are superb but what can that damage do if you can easily be taken down unlike long range mages like Pharsa, Eve and Cecillion?

That's a good use of Swan Song.He didn't go to close to enemy instead he stay back of the tank.While using ultimate,he use the blink from Odette's ultimate carefully so he could reposition but not too far from his team....I love this gameplay and I hope she could get some buffs before her skins release.I think moonton just need to buff mages with no blink skills their movement speed....as an odette main we all know how slow she is...she always late for a war and can't run from war after the ultimate.She's too vulnerable after ultimate as all her skills got nerf during her revamp.for me odette should have 4th skill.Just like pharsa's 4th skill,odette turn to a swan and increase mov speed when she's at the lake for 5 sec

I really love your observations about how Warlord used Odette here. You are correct! I should have not edited those parts where Odette was just moving from one lane to another alone. I thought it was making the video too long. But yes, i should have included it bec it shows how careful Warlord was. Instead of walking straight in the river from mid to bot lane, he would pass through their red buff and pass through their bottom towers to move from midlane to bottom lane to avoid getting ambushed. Im not sure but i think the only thing that he should have done better is to spam her passive during the lord and turtle dances. I think he was reserving his skills 1 and 2 for team fights thats why. I made a video about her adjustments and devs confirmed it that she will have. No other details yet though. Also thank you for supporting my friend and being one of the Swamily! ❤️🤗👏🙏

Magic Shoes, Echanted talisman, lightning truncheon, glowing wand, genius wand and divine glaive, the DG can change to winter truncheon or ice queen wand....so odette can spam all her skills freely and the movement speed from her item will helps her alot.. also i suggest to use purify or flicker

They should have been more objective w their comments. Odette may not be a pro-scene hero but she definitely has potentials. Thats why a lot of people hate or underestimate Odette bec even these casters are doing it themselves instead of trying to lay out the advantages and disadvantages of having her in the team. She did a lot of damage on this game too! Top 1 damage dealer mid game and top 3 at the end part. 😅

I don't understand why there are mocked to Odette. odette is. a best choose to counter to Grock.but she is more farming.if she had more farming she can buy items to counter and more damage to tank.

Dont worry my friend. A lot of pro players are using her already in the tournaments like MPLs this year. I think she appeared 4x already just this year. This means players are starting to know her potential and how to use her. I will make a compilation of it soon. 🤗💛

There's a reason she's not picked in MPL much. Even in this game she was a spectator most game and was only able to get the double kill late because of how far ahead her team was. She cannot pose any threat to enemy backlines like pharsa, yve, etc can. She'll be easily stopped by their frontline.

Well thats true. But she may not be a killer on this game, but she did a lot of damage to enemies, reducing their HPs by least 40- 50%, each time she ults and making the core and mm to easily finish them off. A minute or two before this game ended, she was even the top 3 damage dealer and top 1 during mid game. Its also true that she was a spectator most of the time for this game and i totally agree w that. I think it was Warlord's effort to play safe. But in normal games, just spamming her passive can deal a lot of damage too esp if the core is a tanky fighter who can sustain. Warlord didnt do that on this game. He was just waiting for the timing and yes just spectating. Lol! 😊 Few more adjustments and she should be able to make it more often to the pro scene and meta. 😅
