Top 3 epic scenes: 1- Ragnar death speech 2- This 3- Bjorn last stand (tops them all) BONUS 4- (Ragnars goodbye to Floki)

The sene in the beginning of the show when they took alf captive (don’t know how to spell his name) and when they were on their way back to the boats they were met by Christians to fight who outnumbered them but Ragnar and his crew dropped their things and went straight to fighting. That was the best Viking scene but ever since after the first season they weren’t the “big bad Vikings” who aren’t afraid of a fight and can beat everyone like they portrayed in the beginning of the show. But that’s typical with all shows that have to due with badasses

@@zenkai90 ahhhhhh theres the insight im looking for, i couldnt understand what made hvitserk convert, the death scene for ivar was so powerful and i figured it tied in somehow, but you think he wanted to stay where ivar died? perhaps ivars fear in the end pushed him toward a forgiving god?
@jrayproductions77903 жыл бұрын
@@GrandTheftMythMan The gods are far more forgiving than the desert god. Only way they punish you, for eternity, is if you live dishonorably.
@GrandTheftMythMan3 жыл бұрын
@@jrayproductions7790 lol that's kinda the same thing, I think they just define dishonor differently
@jrayproductions77903 жыл бұрын
@@GrandTheftMythMan Yeah. Their definition doesn't include "you didn't believe in me and that I sent my son, who is also me, to die for your sins that _I_ gave you, and then brought him back to life, brought him to back to heaven to live with me, but left a Ghost to help you, who is also me". No, the gods define dishonor as one who turns against his own. As someone who works in the dark, against his brother, for his own greed.

Whoa, how powerful was that. Awesome series even though l didn't watch much. To see the boys grow into men, & then Legends, awesome. I know more about the historical figures than this series, but what you read & hear of the Norse man, this is the closest l think we'll ever see.
