Hi did you solve this, i have similar issue with a 2017 S3’with a replacement used cluster fitted.

@@wraith5112 u need a workshop with ODIS software VW online access to adapt the IMMO inside to ur replacement dashboard. U can also chip tune and turn IMMO OFF completely, but that means anyone can steal ur audi super easy then ...
