I am related to railways. I had to travel on 2nd June by this train but due to some reason I postponed my plan to 3rd June 23. I thank to God. Today my train is cancelled so I will travel to SORO (Jst a station ahead from accident place) tommorow. Let's see the damages that can't be covered. Om Shanti 👏

Accident ki wajah main line pe freight car (maal gadi) idle state mai khadi thi...aur same line pe COROMONDAL exp ne hit Kiya , fir 2 min baad second line se Yashwantpur exp aa rahi thi, wo derailed coached se takra gayi aur patri se niche gir gayi Isme Sarkar ko blame karne se kuch nahi hoga...galti unki nahi hai...railway control dept se kuch miscommunication Hui hogi

KAVACH developed to prevent head-on collision but what about head-to- tail collision. There should be a technology to detect any obstacle on track and it should be able to launch the automatic break system.

I m from odisha.. Mayurbhanj...near Balasore dist..60 km away from Balasore dist...its a deadliest accident ever happened in Indian railways......i want to share the truth....its more than 500 people died...many more people injured....i request the authority/ govt to take deadliest punishment for those official for this incident... Balasore people are so kind enough that they rescue all injured people... whole night still now .... there is a long line in hospital for local for blood donation...may rest in peace those who died in this extremely tragic incident...bas aur log ki jaan na jaye....yehi prathana karunga..🙏 ...jay Jagannath....😭😭😭

It's Collision...not De-railment. Coromondal express collide to goods train from back side...and the yashwantpur express came from opposite side collide with coromondal express coaches.
