Z Builders had a sterling reputation. It’s very sad if even they have lost their basic moral and ethical values. BDA is certainly a murky body. Right beside our home, most guidelines have been flaunted and they have given only about 3 or 4 feet gap between our boundary wall! But since the contractor / Owners seem to be very in with the powers that be, we can do zilch

*BDA* is Builders Development Authority. Working for the benefits of the builders, of the builders and by the builders. Z1 project is similar to Twin tower of NOIDA built by Supertech. Both the builders like Z and Supertech are taking plea that building plan are approved by their respective planning officer and Development Authority. Flat owners are helpless.

Beautiful ❤️ BDA it self a builder sold land of govt ,and alloted sufferor after aqureing it's own home stade land ,which bought from govt but authority did not pay , premium since 35years to govt but sold land to applicant ,still right of purchased land not given ,nor made free hold .Govt knows this crime by bda and owners family run to them for NOC in each case if wants to have a loan or sale to others or transfer to family members ?After taking cost ,govt agency does this ,too . If govt authority does ,this ,why not private will not go five steps more in bringing trauma to their customer ? It's all a chain of gang ,who only in the govt does in presence of high officials concent .But it's being watched not by one but many officers too.
