Hello, I got it working by doing exactly what you said in the video, however when I am sending the mail from the chatter and replying it back from the recipients end it is not getting fetched back in the chatter. Have you tried it this way?

Incoming Mail Server Configuration: Double-check that your incoming mail server settings are correctly set up in Odoo. Make sure your IMAP or POP3 credentials and settings are accurate, as this is crucial for fetching replies. Reply-to Address and Alias: Ensure that the "Reply-to" address in outgoing emails matches the alias Odoo is expecting to link emails back to the chatter. This address should correspond to your incoming mail server settings in Odoo (found under Settings > Technical > Email > Aliases). Email Alias on Models: Make sure your specific models (e.g., tasks, leads) are set with the correct alias so replies are directed back to the right place. For example, if this is for tasks, go to the relevant model and verify the alias settings. Fetchmail Scheduled Action: Finally, verify that Odoo’s scheduled action to fetch incoming mail is active. Go to Settings > Technical > Automation > Scheduled Actions and ensure the "Fetchmail Service" is enabled and running.

Should I create an outgoing mail server for every user in the sales team? And when sending an email from the chatter, how do you remove the phrase "Powered by Odoo" at the bottom? Thanks for the video by the way!

Creating an outgoing mail server for each user in your sales team can be beneficial if you want to personalize email communications and ensure that emails appear to come directly from each user. However, this can also add complexity to your setup. An alternative approach is to use a single outgoing mail server with a unified email address for the team, which can simplify management.
