Hello, How can I calculate Payslip based on contract start/end dates on Odoo 14? I want to calculate based on starting date and ending date of a contract which has been started from the 11th day of a month. And another contract ended on the 22nd day of the month. Please suggest. Thanks

you can create different categories as salary rules in Odoo. If the amount is varying employee to employee, is it will be a % of the salary ? if so you can try to set like that
