Hello Odoo Mates, your approach is ok but in a real situation, these statuses should be more effective, I mean...they must be updated into the database. For instance, "draft" appointment should be marked into a column in a table and just marked as "confirmed" when the patient reply a call or an email. By the way, this confirmation should be kept a record as a note. what do you suggest? thanks.
