Rahne needs to stop!!! The best coaches in college football got the best out of their players by holding them accountable! These are young men on your team and you need to start treating them like young men!!! If you suck on the field and you're not playing how you're capable of playing call them out for it!!! I guarantee that will change things! Men typically have ego problems and you destroy that ego they're going to try harder! There's nothing out there that Virginia Tech did that was super crazy. Our team just sucked!
