Thanks for sharing your recipe, it is perfect. Just a suggestion, you could try frying the ingredient separately rather than putting everything together. That way the temperature control and the "wok hei" are superior. Once all done, only then you put everything together and fry them again to adjust the taste to your liking. Hope it helps
