Aba Dibi nah it’s a LHD chassis. Oem+ is a designation for cars with some parts that are either oem but off a newer updated model like a 99 spec bumper or like a 99 spec lip made from carbon fiber.

It's about maintaining the overall oem lines of the car, overall balance (not too low, no crazy wheel fitment, etc), usually oem paint color, etc...
