I'm bit confused about electro alignment part when are we supposed to press srew in alignment tool please reply

You must not be confused, as we have been aligning the electrodes in the F4MB-XL plasma spray gun in this way for decades. Before you press on the cathode (electrode) with the press screw, you must consider exactly where the press screw should press. => Where you measure the lowest value. Don’t correct more than two three times. You must clearly understand what happens when you press the electrode in hopefully the right direction. The manufacturing and mounting tolerances of the rear part and the cathode (electrode) are very precise (narrow), which means that the electrode is usually a maximum of 0.02 to 0.03 mm out of the center. The correction for alignment is therefore very small.
