Hi! I believe you can. You’ve to go to the results portal and make your OET results available to them separately. You can find more info on the OET website :)

The OET does tests us on English so I’d say, it is important. However, this may be quite subjective. So, I’d recommend taking a practice test first and then making a plan based on your results
