He was appointed by Ten Hag, he should have done exactly what Carrick did when Ole was sacked. I think Amorim should keep Ruud. He has built a great rapport with the players and one can see he is tactically much more flexible than ETH. Moyes made the same mistake of banishing the entire backroom staff of Fergie in 2013, and the results were catastrophic in the end.

It's not his fault that the backroom staff from the last two years have ventured to other places for better roles. And he never never exactly stated about staying permanently, he has always expressed a wish to stay and fulfill his contract under 2026.
