Grain is normally sold by volume (bushel). 1 Bushel = 1 Cubic Foot. Dry grains normally weigh around 50# per bushel. Of course, the actual weight for a bushel of dry grain varies based on the type of grain, moisture content, and many other factors. If you ask for a 50# sack of a specific grain, the proprietor just gives you a bushel, without any commentary.

It's a Field Tough 72" I bought from Northern Tool. It's about 4 years old and I've used it maybe 3 times. I've gone completely away from tilling. Just got tired of dealing with weeds and dry powdered dirt. Anyway, if you're interested let me know. $550 and it's yours. New are $1100. I can send photos.

They came with a piece of bent wire that that fit on a 5 gallon bucket and made emptying the tool easy. It eventually got to be too much so I just mow over them. I tell people thans how I clean the heck on my mower. I use my land scape rake on the beach. My neighbor follows up with a drag harrow. He would lift it up to get all the junk out. He now uses a 3 point mounted dethatcher from Good Works Tractor. I am looking for a good deal on the frame mounted harrow that can be lifted with the 3 point.
