Absolute excellent video, great HD awesome audio, very well put together LOVED IT !!!!! We stayed there a long while ago when the wood was for free everyday. They sadly now charge for it due to people driving off home with it. A bit too far for a regular weekend we found, however when we went there it was for 5 nights in one shot.

Matamba is amazing. You are right though, a stretch too far for a regular weekend. 3 nights minimum for us next time!

Great video! Keep it up. Matamba is really nice. That sunset scene…beautiful. Want to ask you, are you happy with the Tentco trailer tent? I’m planning on getting one but want to get check it out first.

Thanks for the support 😊 You are right, Matamba is awesome, and we were treated to a beautiful sunset. We are happy with the Tentco tent. We like the space that it gives us, and the bed is comfortable. We’ve got the Junior, so just the tent and front awning area. If you are looking for bigger with additional annex rooms, rather go for the Senior. Your other option is to go for a simple roof-top tent like the Front Runner, but then you lose the “room” on the side, which is handy for changing in, and storing stuff on longer trips.

Uncle Rich pls tell me how does the awning join to the trailer tent is it a velcro system
@CampSeekerAfrica3 ай бұрын
Uncle Rich 🤣 Correct, the awning connects to the tent using Velcro.

Which camp site would you recommend for first timers?
@CampSeekerAfrica2 жыл бұрын
We stayed at Mara’s Camp, which is perfect if you are in a group. Only one group can book the site at a time, so you have it all to yourself. The other campsites all looked good, but not having stayed in the other camp, I can’t recommend one site being better than the other. Overall though, Matamba is amazing and I am sure no matter which site you choose, you will have a brilliant trip!

Really amazing experience! What awning are you using? And is there a minimum number of people required for a group booking?
@CampSeekerAfrica2 жыл бұрын
Matamba is fantastic! It’s a Front Runner awning on the Ranger. Not sure if there is a minimum number to be honest.
