We have already put a lithium battery in the caravan and also have a 2500w power station with 400w solar backup and We love it! No worries about power 😂😂

Wow! Great money saving tips there! Would we do it, well, we never have, we came very near to it I suppose in the late 70s when we had the kids, and went on a few rallies with the then Caravan Club, but I don’t think we would now. Great video, liked and subd!

Has Merve altered the wiring to run off grid?

He's got an inverter which supplies 240V when he's off grid. No need to change wiring but, obviously, some additional wiring required.

Merve runs the toaster from an inverter which converts 12V DC to 240V AC. This takes a lot of energy out of the battery and a lithium battery is the best kind of battery for this purpose.

An installation like this can vary from around £1,500.00 to £10,000.00 or more. It all depends on what you want to do in your caravan.
