Boy, that hike would get old pretty fast. Why would you buy something in that location? Was it on sale for a few hundred bucks or something? Why would someone even build in that spot?

the land has agricultural origins so small dwellings were built here for those farming the land to eat and sleep in. It’s a beautiful location, very natural, we have lovely neighbours and yes, it was a fair price. regarding the hike, we can alternatively walk along the beach instead of using the trail so it’s not the only way to access the property. It’s a very beautiful hike though!
