COOKIELICIOUS is hull 6 of the phenomenally successful Oyster 72 class. Well known, and very well specified, she offers comfortable cruising as well as excellent sailing performance. My favorite layout of a boat I could realistically afford in the near future. I would love to sail the world with the wife, a few friends and two crew. The forward cabin would be perfect a crew-couple. Love the U-shaped galley.

This boat and similar are more on human scale instead of superyacht that are too big to be used by a single person . The idea that you can travel everywhere for free(thanks to the wind ) is priceless. Beautiful boat the one in this video.

I think its mostly comes down to how effective you want to be when sailing. I think you could sail this yacht with only 2 people, but you would most likely have to do everything half as fast as a full crew would do it.
