This is a gorgeous scale car, but have to say that you also have driving skill adapted to scale (slow movement) Like it very much! Keep it up. regards, Ricardo from Portugal

Hello Sweden :) you have to custom build it, but the bottom is available in different brands, RC4WD & Mex is the most scala right, and has begun to make them as kit, or you can customize a scx shassis ... I may not make direct links here, but if you try to google RC4WD and rcmodelex you will find them

Hey from Sweden here. Also have a 1:1 and 1:10 defender. But my 1:10 is not near as nice as yours and I was wondering where to get one like yours? What kits or makes?

Hey bro, great driving, location and landy! Are you on stock suspensions? Or have you used softer springs? Im guessing by the looks they are scx10's? Also have you made this video at a reduced frame rate to add to the realism effect? Thanks!!
@MrPlastikRocker8 жыл бұрын
+Stanley Joseph Thx bro :) SCX Springs are great with just a drop of oil in, i juse them in back and some cheap and a litle shorter shocks in front ... i think framerate is reduced with 5% thats all ....

+MrPlastikRocker thank you so much! I really like the way you've kept your ride height and they way the body sways when it climbs n moves. It looks so real. Been searching for this info for long :) Building my rc4wd D110..it comes with factory fitted 90mm rrd rock crawler dual rate springs with shocks. And its so stiff. Do you recommend changing them to scx10s for a similar ride feel like yours? Or will i be able to achieve that with softer springs alone?
@MrPlastikRocker8 жыл бұрын
+Stanley Joseph .. if you ever want RC4WD shocks to function you need to combine hard and soft springs, but 110 "is probably too heavy for RC4WD dampers ... just a guess, but try without oil and see what happens ... perhaps scx dampers works better, and try different amounts of oil.
