Australia is absolutely beautiful! The vastness and natural beauty is magical. I truly love your videos and narration. Each time I watch your adventures I am reminded of my time in Kenya. So, very similar in colors, topography and natural vegetation. Especially the red/orange soil. In Canada now and very different from Kenya. Once again, thank you for the excellent videos and fond memories. Take care, mate

Enjoyed your geology views of the land and when you mentioned that sheep ranch it reminded me of that mini-series "Dirt Water Dynasty" that I watched on TV in the UK when I was stationed there around 20 years ago. I still have some of that on a VHS tape that I recorded. Cant wait for part two..

Love your vids Ronny. Gotta say though, air con on is extremely unlikely to create positive pressure, especially in most cars if you have it set to ‘recycle’ instead of ‘fresh’ as most people do when running AC. Some cars might be sealed well enough and not have any ‘air out ‘vent such that full fan on fresh air (with or without AC on) might create a little positive pressure, but it is unlikely the LC79 is one. Either way, given where the fresh air vent is under the bonnet you wouldn’t want to leave that open as in deep water it might start blasting water in. AC with recycle on just moves air around, like a fan running in a room, doesn’t change the pressure one bit. You want real positive pressure? Have a strong blower fan pumping air in from somewhere high, or have a line from a compressor/full air tank running into cab and start venting when you hit the water.

This reminds me so much of my Canyonlands maze district trip. Great stuff, and its nice to hear a practical approach to river crossings and even a little trepidation. I felt like a pansy after locking up and insisting on a statchstrap for my crossing of the dirty devil river, and while it was no problem it easily could have been boggy like you said, I don't regret it in hindsight.
