Off-road Trailer with SuperAtv 6” Lift Build!!

You are looking at someone’s creation rebirthed into a superatv off road warrior!!
This trailer is insane!!
I’ve had the idea of putting these superatv swing arms off of a canam outlander 6” lift
Onto a trailer for a long time. I finally did it and it’s better than I imagined.
This offroad trailer is so much fun. Pops picked it up from a friend that was trying to get rid of stuff out of her yard and came home with this.
They had the right idea but it didnt compare to what I had in mind for it.
This was a budget build. The budget being spend as little money as possible to get it rideable. I spent $0 and came up with this. 🙌🏻
I used the scraps our previous builds suck as the gokart, the Kenworth and mostly from my canam limited build which ended matching perfect with my sxs.

Use a raised 4 wheeler diff. And a flywheel attached to pinion, mount two opposing starters, couple batteries in parallel for longevity. Now you have a neutral drive axle on the trailer, clearance, and can engage starter forward or reverse for drive assist getting out of a hole, backing or whatever.

Kolt clearly believes in patina cause all that steel will rust without a good powder coating. In hopes he does get everything powder coated I will be buying merchandise to help out lol. Love your videos man keep up the hard work!

That’s sick man but I thought of something an figured I’d toss a little idea out there I’m not sure if you have and speaker systems outside of the machine but if you don’t i think it’d be neat to run speaker wiring back to it and add a few speakers for your passengers then obviously just use a trailer plug or something along the lines of that… just an idea I thought it’d be cool

Kolt put some spring spacers on the sxs to combat the weight. Usually that make it stiff but I’d be willing to bet it’d make your ride more like stock

The suspension is way to stiff! It doesn’t even flex at all, take some shocks off of something smaller or add another seat to back for more weight.
