The video came up on my feed. There is a big problem in the UK with no understanding of biomechanics and kinetics. I see that is something you should work on and once you do, your goalkeeping will improve. Do not take me wrong, do not try to be negative. Good session mate, there’s a goalkeeper that you can analyze his name is Ignacio De Arruabarrena he plays in liga Portugal in his first season his save percentage is 76.3% with clean sheets 13 he helped his team Arouca in there first time in there history reach Europa conference league btw he is 6’0 from Uruguay

Hello, great video as always. Btw quick question i wanted to start doing some plyometrics exercises and i saw that u had a video on it. Can u just clarify how many reps and sets would u recommend? Thank you

It depends on the exercise really - I actually have a full Plyometric Programme over on the website, which sets out full sessions/sets/reps, with a demo video too. That might be helpful if you want to get started with them!

Thanks! You learn from the best! You can pick up what they do with their positioning, what decisions they make in certain situations, what their technical decisions are - it's a great way to learn and improve your own game!

It's tough, but try to play your own game! You are a different GK, with different strengths - work hard to learn how the team plays, and how you can contribute to it. But give your all every training & game, be humble, work hard for your team, and I'm sure you will earn their respect!
