Minka seems to be a nice place and great price for the rooms you rented. Yes, Finland is per capita the biggest coffee drinkers with Norway and Iceland soon after. My country Sweden is on 6th place. USA dont even make top 20. I think the reason for that is that you tend to drink quite weak coffee. Many times the american coffee is almost transperant, like tea while in the Scandinavian countries we make it black. Example, if you pour 10 cups of water in a brewer in usa you might use some 3-6 spoons. We would use probably 11-13. I am glad you had a great time. By the way, another sailing channel made a visit to such a coffee plantation also in one of their videos, I dont know if it is the same place. They are a Swedish couple sailing a boat called Ran. Ran Sailing is their channel.
@SailingOneLife2 жыл бұрын
Minca was a chill spot. We really enjoyed how friendly everyone was there. Lots of culture in one place. We have noticed compared to Colombian coffee that Americano coffee is not only weak but we also water it down with milk and loads of sugar (some of us!). We have watched a couple of RAN's videos but we haven't seen the coffee farm video yet.
