How he mismanage himself when he managed to put himself in a speical position
@malcolmjackson70672 жыл бұрын
@@directedbyrich he misled out his career after he put himself in that position. He even said it in the interview. That’s why he’s not relevant anymore in the music industry and had to fall back to selling drugs . You are aware he’s facing a huge federal indictment? If he didn’t mismanage his music career he would still be making music 🤷🏽♂️
@TheSublimeLifestyle2 жыл бұрын
False. His label mismanaged his content as an agency - dropped an entire trove of strategy into one massive payday and took advantage of his lack of industry knowledge. Didn’t network him, properly. He took accountability big time but I think that’s him trying to be a better man.

that's not the lesson you take from that statement. He's not confused as to why he isn't mainstream anymore. He had more success that he ever expected and wanted to put his people on. You could argue that he could be doing a better job of putting people on if he was still super mainstream but to twist it so it looks like he's the reason he's no longer relevant is wrong g

It’s Extremely dangerous to be at that “can’t nobody tell me shit” phase on your FIRST year out. Even some well established artists don’t make it past that phase. I don’t even understand how somebody can get an ego that big and that fast. Just a year ago you were a broke and struggling artist, trying any and everything you could to make it. Now you finally get your breakthrough, and a legit chance at making this a life long career instead of just a drop in the bucket couple of songs, couple of shows and back to your old life type of thing. I feel it Can only stem from a major lack of appreciation and gratefulness for the new found success and the people that helped them get there. Cause it always takes a team, whether it be small or big. There’s always a team effort.

Fetty seems like a nice guy, and it’s easy to take his side here-but he’s wrong. Drake giving a verse to an upcoming artist is a win-win. The guy coming up gets even bigger and Drake gets to seem like an elder statesmen putting people on and stay relevant. It was supposed to be Drake and Fetty-not Drake and “Monty.” That’s the whole point of the feature

I see this shit time after time. Why do us black men catch our head either when the MONEY SLOWS UP or when WE NO LONGER FIGHTING FOR POSITION AND ON THE DECLINE. It always happen that way. Why we can't sit down like men when the money still coming in and when we still at the height of our careers
@-_Bee2 жыл бұрын
@Jonny Seablue That doesn't mean you can't mentally understand what's going on. That's no excuse dude. I was raised up in hard conditions in Baton rouge Louisiana. Been lived that life. It doesn't mean you can't sit downike men and hash things out. It doesn't have to be when money slows down. Meek and drake did it when the moneybwas still rolling in and they were still in position. It shouldn't take when the money slows down and your career on the decline to catch your head. So stop with that dumbass excuse
