Haha holy shit. I relate to this so hard. My baby is about to turn 3 months old and when I play warzone she is in her crib sleeping behind me, but there’s times when she wakes up and I have to hide in a bush till I can settle her again. Congrats and welcome to fatherhood Jesus!

I got 3 kids and thank God they only woke up during the night for the first week. All 3 of them. I got them into a sleeping schedule and napping schedule. It works like magic. I got to sleep the entire night after that week.

Yeah I had twins and we first worked on a napping schedule at 3 month and the rest worked itself out. One was sleeping through the night by 6 months and the other started around 8 months, never did the cry it out method.

@justkiddingnews Could someone tell Bart that Takia falling from a specific height may caused his seizures even though it could have been months or years since he fell it could have caused some type of damage. I asked my nieces pediatrician and he said that it can contribute to a child’s seizures. Bart needs to look into that!!!!

A babies bones aren’t solid yet, they’re very malleable and squishy. They could go through it and still be relatively cool. I remember being a kid and seeing adults in the family toss a baby around like a ball from person to person. “They probably did this to me when I was baby” was what I told myself when I saw it happening

When a baby cries they are trying to communicate a need. Your job as a parent/caregiver is to respond to that need, not ignore it.

At least Jesus stepped up to the plate in being a dad. My kid's father complained he wasn't ready to be a father. I told him that I wasn't ready to be a mother either, yet sometimes you have to suck it up and do what you gotta do. He claimed he still wanted to see me, yet "not be a father right now". I let him know that if he thought he could continue sleeping with me, yet completely disregard the baby as if he didn't exist then he was out of his g'damn mind😠. That he could either step up, be a man and be a father to the baby or he could get out. Yet if he bailed now to not to bother coming back cuz I wasn't going to have him disrupting our lives when he suddenly "decided he wanted to be a father". He chose to bail, yet tried to reach out to me a 1-1/2 later, 2 weeks before Christmas. He learned the hard way that I meant what I said. 🤨Haven't heard from him since.
