Dear Kashif Sahib, the idea of a Constitutional Court / Bench is very good. This is necessary for speedy justice. I personally have a case (Constitution related) pending in the Supreme Court of Pakistan since 1996, and to date only 6 hearings have taken place and no headway what so ever.

Why are you not asking the most pertinent question. Why not have a Federal Constitutional court headed by Justice Mansoor Ali Shah , who shall be authorised to select his own team to handle all political / constitutional cases. The remaining judges of the present Supreme Court can expeditiously dispose of the pending cases of a non political / non constitutional nature. Please ask PML and PPP why they don’t agree to this ?
