If you haven't noticed all cars have CVT transmission that only simulates gear shifting sounds (like in modern Subarus). Also, their top speeds are so low and acceleration so instant that it won't be useful (you would need to change a gear every 0.2 seconds)

Even stock stinger is good, but to make it even faster you can make the wheels smaller and wider, stiffen front suspension a tiny little bit and and add a bit of positive camber on the front

Yes it is! It has the same top speed as Typhoon (144 km/h), but better acceleration.
